  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

    Orders may not be eligible for exchange if:
    An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout.
    There are three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier partner.
    The package is refused by the recipient.
    In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  2. Color Disclaimer

    We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and devices, slight differences in color may occur. AceAura does not guarantee exact color matching.
  3. Size & Alteration Assistance

    We recommend referring to our size guide before placing your order.

    Alteration Process:
    Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and alteration details.
    After approval, ship the product back to us.
    Once received, we will process the alteration and dispatch it back.
    Note:
    All courier charges for alterations will be borne by the customer.
    Alteration requests are subject to product design limitations.
  4. Cancellation Policy

    Orders can only be cancelled if they are still in processing.
    Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
    To request cancellation, email us immediately at support@aceaura.in with your Order ID.
  5. Returns & Exchanges – India

    We offer exchange only (No Refund Policy).
    Conditions:
    Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
    Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
    All original tags must be intact.
    Approved exchanges will be processed as:
    Size exchange (subject to availability), OR
    Store Credit valid for 6 months from date of issue.
  6. International Orders

    Cancellation allowed only before dispatch.
    Exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
    Returns are accepted only in case of defective products.
    To claim a defective product:
    An unboxing video of the unopened parcel is mandatory.
    The defect must be clearly visible in the video.
    Approved cases will receive Store Credit valid for 6 months.
